New year 22-23 update

No change in door charges they remain at £5.50 per session.

The Door fee is presently under review. Currently £5.50

 The last meeting is 2021 will be the 27th November 

We return in 2022 in the 8th January

This concludes the 21-22 financial year. 

Following this we will review our membership in accordance with club constitution. 

Club dates

 The club is now open, granted we have a few restrictions.

The next biweekly meeting is 18th September and follows through until The end of November, all dates are subject to any c19 conditions the government imposed on us. 

We ask you to sign in on the door regardless of wether you have a smart phone or not. Masks are not mandatory but if you feel you should wear them please do so.

If you have symptoms please inform use and don’t attend any scheduled meeting 

If you test positive after any meeting, you are required to inform the admins of such. This is mandatory, and part of the venue hire agreement!

Club reopening

 We intend to reopen the club on 7th August depending on Government conditions. 

If we are still on step three at that point.

We are restricted numbers to 6 per hall therefore a limit on 12 attendees

No walk ins

You must prebook your table. It is Preferred if you supply your own terrain. 

Masks are to be worn indoors unless exempt 

A one way system will be in operation 

Sign in and on door when you start and finish your games. These will be kept on file for 21 days by our hosts in line with government regulations.

No mixing between halls. 

Payment on entry to the organisers in charge, in a sealed envelope(72hoirs prior) with your name.

If by that time step 4 comes into force, it maybe possible to have new people come to meet the members 

Again depending on legislation be prepared to sign in and wear masks indoors unless exempt. 

Currently it is unclear to what restrictions will remain.

Covid 19 update

 Please be patient. 

We are still on an Amber alert! 

The hall is still closed. It will reopen with Covid secure restrictions in place when the condition is lowered to Yellow. 

Some of these restrictions are to be discussed with the hall committee and our full members. 

Some of these restrictions could include. 

Note: This list is work in progress and could contain more or less restrictions. Ie is not exhaustive. 

1 wearing face coverings

2. pre booking tables. 

3. Only games between two participants 

4 on entry filling in an attendance Contact form. Which will Be kept for 21 days after attendance
